Account Registration

A valid account is required to use services on plinko game. Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure.

• Single Account Policy: Only one account is permitted per person, household, or address. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed and all funds forfeited.
• Accuracy of Information: Your name, mobile number, email, and date of birth must be accurate.
• Password Security: Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Third-Party Use: Creating or operating an account in someone else's name is prohibited.
• Information Update: Update your account immediately if your contact details change.

Age Verification & KYC

Betting Rules

Account Suspension & Closure

Plinko game reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violations of these terms
• In cases of suspected fraud or dishonest activity
• If KYC verification fails
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• At the member's own request

Before closing an account, the member will be notified by email or SMS and given a reasonable opportunity to explain. Any valid balance will be refunded, except in cases of fraud.

Limitation of Liability

Plinko game is not liable for the following:

• Losing a bet due to internet disconnection
• Bets or transactions placed due to the user's own error
• Unauthorised account access by a third party (in cases where the password has been shared)
• Match cancellation or changes due to external factors
• Delays from your bank or mobile banking provider

If a technical error results in a loss, plinko game will make reasonable efforts to provide compensation. However, the maximum compensation will not exceed the original transaction amount.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between plinko game and a member, the following process must be followed:

1. Step One: Submit a detailed written complaint to support@plinkogame.im.
2. Step Two: Our support team will respond within 48 hours.
3. Step Three: If the issue remains unresolved, you may escalate to an independent mediator.
4. Final Step: You may appeal to the licensing authority.

Complaint submission deadline: within 90 days of the incident. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
